Founder | Principal
Nick Deane is a dual-licensed real estate entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in luxury real estate across South Florida and Barbados. With a background in hospitality and over $250M in closed sales, he has worked with top firms including Berkshire Hathaway, Corcoran, and Brown Harris Stevens
In 2013, he founded CURE Inc.—a boutique brokerage that has grown into a Caribbean real estate group spanning over 100 associates via vertical integration, including CURE Real Estate and CURE Design + Build. Splitting time between Miami and Barbados, Nick brings deep expertise in super-prime residential, vacation rental, and development markets.
