We collect information you provide directly: account registration details (name, email, role), brokerage configuration data, property listings, client records (names, contact information, KYC documents), deal data, and communications within the platform. We also collect usage data: log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited), device information, and interaction analytics to improve the Service.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service, including workflow automation and KYC compliance review; communicate with you about account updates, security alerts, and support; derive anonymized analytics and reporting; and comply with legal obligations including anti-money-laundering requirements. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Data sharing

We may share data with: service providers who process data on our behalf (cloud hosting, payment processing via Stripe, AI model providers for document validation); professional advisors (auditors, legal counsel); and regulatory authorities when required by applicable law. We use essential cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and protect against CSRF attacks. We may also use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes, and we honor Do Not Track signals.
