Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of the CURE platform. Review by qualified counsel recommended before production use.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the CURE real estate platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a brokerage, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify CURE immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service description

CURE provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for real estate brokerages, including client management, deal pipeline tracking, listing management, workflow automation, KYC compliance review, marketing asset generation, and related tools. Features may vary by subscription plan. CURE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.

4. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Brokerages are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from their clients, associates, and staff for the collection, storage, and processing of personal data within the platform. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service. CURE will not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or to comply with legal obligations.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to access data belonging to another brokerage or user without authorization; using the Service to transmit malware, spam, or illegal content; reverse engineering or scraping the platform; and any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service's operation.

6. Payment and billing

Subscription fees are charged according to your plan and billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. CURE may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to maintain current payment information may result in suspension of access.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CURE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. CURE may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which CURE may delete it in accordance with our data retention policy.

9. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the brokerage entity is registered. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to terms

CURE may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
