CYRUS CUMMINS

Cyrus Cummins grew up in the hospitality industry on the South Coast of Barbados. His father was an owner-operator of a boutique hotel in Dover for most of Cyrus’ life, until he became a real estate developer, having developed the White Sands Beach Condos. His mother was a hotel manager, with decades of experience before she formed a property management company with Cyrus in 2012 that focused on the management and vacation rentals of White Sands Beach Condos. Together they have placed White Sands Beach Condos among the most sought-after vacation rental properties on the South Coast of Barbados with glowing reviews.

For over a decade Cyrus has provided highly rated vacation rental experiences, while starting to pursue his goal of also becoming a real estate developer. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2014 and has aided in the sale of units at White Sands Beach Condos, while also advising clients in their pursuit of real estate ownership on the South Coast of Barbados. In 2019 he completed a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. Prior to his career in real estate and hospitality, he completed a BSc in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies.

Having grown up in the hospitality industry from a very young age, customer service comes naturally to Cyrus. He puts the wishes of his clients and guests first, and always tries to put himself in their shoes, in order to provide the best and most empathetic advice and service possible.
